Meet Titus
I’m Titus Nichols and I currently live in Marietta with my wife Stephanie , our daughter Harmony. I’m a lawyer, an Officer in the U.S. Army, and advocate for working people, and I’m ready to fight for you and your loved ones in the Georgia State House.
Who I am
I am proud to be a husband, father, U.S. Army officer, a small business owner, and an attorney who has dedicated his life to serving others—whether in the courtroom or in uniform.
As a lawyer, I’ve fought for working families and victims of injustice. As an Army officer, I’ve upheld the values of honor, integrity, and accountability. Now, I am running to represent Georgia’s House District 34 to bring that same dedication to public service—fighting for affordable healthcare, better schools, safer communities, and a government that works for everyday Georgians, not just the well-connected.
As a graduate of Leadership Cobb, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside community leaders, small business owners, and educators who are deeply invested in the future of our county. That experience showed me both the incredible potential of Cobb County and the urgent challenges we face—from rising housing costs to strained public resources. It reinforced my belief that lasting change starts with local leadership that listens, collaborates, and takes action to make our community more affordable and sustainable for everyone.
As a former violent crimes prosecutor, I’ve fought to deliver justice for victims and ensure our neighborhoods are safe. As an Officer in the U.S. Army, I’ve defended Soldiers in and out of courtrooms across the country, standing up for fairness and accountability. And as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Georgia School of Law, I’ve worked to prepare the next generation of lawyers to lead with integrity and purpose.
Service is more than my career—it’s my calling. I’m running because I believe we can build a Georgia where hardworking families aren’t crushed by rent hikes, where teachers can afford to live in the communities they serve, and where small businesses have the support they need to thrive.
Why I’m Running
Cobb County families are being pushed to the edge. Out-of-state private equity firms are buying up homes, jacking up rents, and pricing longtime residents out of their own neighborhoods. Working parents are being crushed by the cost of child care, while far too many Georgians still can’t afford health insurance or quality early education for their kids. These aren’t abstract issues—they’re daily battles for thousands of families right here in District 34.
I’m running because families deserve a fair shot—not to be squeezed out by corporate greed or ignored by politicians who don’t feel the pressure working people live with every day. I’ll fight to protect homeownership, to expand access to affordable healthcare, and to make child care and early education truly attainable for every family.
This campaign is about standing up for the people who make our communities strong. It’s about saying enough is enough—and building a Georgia that works for us, not just for Wall Street.
